It was asked through this magazine to send in any treatment or wazifa for insomnia. I am writing my own experience. If one keeps reciting the holy names of Allah; یا اللہ، یا رحمن، یا رحیم before going to bed with Darood Sharif recited for eleven times in the beginning and eleven times at the end, one will not wake up, for sure, even to the drum beat. It can be practised with or without ablution. One falls asleep quite faster and enjoys deep and peaceful sleep. I myself have tried these holy names of Almighty Allah. Insomia has been no more a problem for me.
A spiritual remedy for strain muscle
Right after offering prayer, before getting up from the prayer rug if a person recites Azan for seven times and last four ayahs of Surah Mominoon with Darood Sharif recited for three times in the beginning and three times at the end, and then blows first on right and then on left shoulder, he will surely get relieved from the muscle pain and stress, no matter how severe the pain would have been. It needs to be practised for eleven or twenty one days. This, too, is my tested remedy.
The person having fallen a prey to black magic if plays the recitation of Surah Baqarah in home, recites the Surah Baqarah himself, blows on water and makes the patient drink this water besides sprinkling this water in four corners of the room for eleven or twenty one days will get rid of all kind of black magic, negative vibes, evil eye, possession of oevil spirit and ominousness. For eye-sight
Take two chits. Write Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ and Ahmad Murtaza ﷺ on each chit. Place these chits on eyes before sleeping. Remove the chits when you need to go to the washroom. Place the chits again on eyes once back from the washroom. Sleep after performing ablution as one will have to perform ablution after relieving from washroom. God willing, within eleven days, eye sight will get corrected and all opthalmological diseases will be cured. (Rana Saqib Aziz, Jahanian)
Eyesight – a great blessing of Allah
Eyesight is a great blessing of Allah Almighty that has no no alternative. Due to carelessness vision gets reduced or keep on reducing which could be cured by no remedy. But if hygieneic methods are adopted eyes can remain safe from injuries and reduced vision.
